Cash is 2! – Family

by Amber on 05/20/2013

This family was one of the first couples I ever had the pleasure to photography – we met waaay back in 2010, only a few months into starting my business. I really love them, and how much they love their little guy, Cash. I can’t believe he’s already 2, and I’m pretty sure I wrote the same thing last year after his 1 year cake smash. He’s such a sweet, busy little guy and I always have so much fun with them for our sessions.

Thanks again Chantelle and Chad – Can’t wait to do it again! :)

Jace is 1!

by Amber on 03/06/2013

I met up with Bronwyn, Justin and Jace on a gorgeous day last weekend. Jace was the happiest little guy EVER! He hadn’t had his usual nap that afternoon, but you couldn’t tell until the last 10 minutes or so of our session. He was just so smiley and sweet, and those big blue eyes killed me. I had such a great time with this session – this family was a joy to hang out with, and Jace is one very very loved little man.  The weather was beautiful, so we took the opportunity to head outside on their deck for a few minutes during our session.

Thanks again for the session, Bronwyn and Justin – Can’t wait to meet up again!

Dane and Kolby – Lifestyle

by Amber on 02/05/2013

I was contacted by Ashley to do a mini session in the fall with her 2 sons, Dane and Kolby. These 2 little boys are just so sweet. And like Dane’s wall hanging says, he’s a pretty big deal around their house. Dane is a lucky little man, and has overcome a ton in his little life. He’s had heart surgery, and you would never know unless you saw his scars! He’s so little and sweet, he really did steal my heart. And Kolby is such a happy man – he was soooo smiley! These images were taken over 2 sessions – The first one was done on a chilly day at Heritage Ranch here in Red Deer — it was too cold for poor Dane, so we rescheduled to meet at their house in Olds for the other half of their session.

Thanks again Ashley  and Jeremy – I can’t wait to see the boys again!

On Sunday morning, I got to meet this new family. I had such a fun session with them – Andrea and Jasmine are just too cute. Jasmine is the chubbiest, sweetest girl ever. And she has SO much hair – super super cute. The girls were awesome for the session, and we even managed to get a few adorable images of the girls hanging out with their grandparents.

Thanks so much for the session, Terry and David. It was great to meet you!

Benoit, Julie and Roger – Family

by Amber on 12/18/2012

I really do love this little family. I look forward to meeting with them each year! Julie contacted me a loooooong time ago (almost 3 years now!) to do a session of her and her family. At the time, she was expecting their first, and since I’ve met them, I’ve had the pleasure of doing their maternity and newborn sessions, plus Benoit’s 1 year and cake smash. And again, over the weekend, I got to go out to their house and capture Benoit at the oh-so fun age of 2. He was such a sweet little guy to visit with today.

Thanks again Julie and Roger. Can’t wait until next time! ;)
