Kristy and Will – Maternity

Meet Kristy and Will. They are expecting their first little one at the end of January. I spent some time with them this morning, and I had a blast with them! Look at how much Kristy’s eyes pop against the wall in their bedroom – I think I’m in love with that color! I am only 2 weeks ahead of her in our pregnancies, so it was great fun to discuss pregnancy and all it’s joys – and curses!! I can’t wait to see how sweet their new arrival is going to be – watch over the next few months for their newborn session!

Thanks for the great session today, Kristy and Will. And for the nuts and bolts – they are amazing and the bag is half gone! :)

Catherine, Emily and Michael – Family/3 Month Session

I was lucky enough to get an email from Emily last week wanting to book her 3 month old Catherine in for a session. I was so happy that I was able to accommodate them, and fit them into my weekend! This gorgeous baby girl was such a joy to photograph – she did SO well! 3 months is such a fun age – one of my favorites – and I was pretty excited to get to spend some time with such a little one. It was also a bonus to see all her hair!

Tara, Travis and Aiden – Family

This is my second time meeting with this cute little family! I did a session with them in 2010, right after I started Amber Bourret Photography. It’s amazing to see how much this little guy has changed in a year and a half. We hung out at their house for a while on Sunday – Aiden is a smart little guy, and it’s pretty obvious to see how much Tara and Travis love him!

Mariah – 1 Year!

Here’s another one of the newborns from last year – This little girl has grown up so fast it’s not even funny! I can’t believe she is already a year old. I met up with Mariah and her parents, Mike and Randy over the weekend. Mariah is such a sweet little thing, and those super long eyelashes from her newborn session have stuck around, and grown even longer! This is one super loved little girl — You can see how much her parents just want to eat her up! We were going to do a cake smash, too, but she ended up being a little too tired – we’re going to try again in a few weeks!

Daris and Jonny – Connection Session

This is Daris and Jonny. We met at the Legislature grounds in Edmonton over the weekend. It was chilly and windy, but they were up for anything! This super sweet couple is expecting their first little one at the end of March, so we decided to grab a few maternity style images along with their connection session!
